There are many free scholarship search tools available online. A few of these tools are listed below.

MNCIS (Minnesota Career Information System) offers a great scholarship search tool called "Financial Aid Sort."
To access the Financial Aid Sort, log in to your MNCIS account, click on "Education," then click on "Financial Aid Sort"
User name for MNCIS: LastnameFirstname (example: SmithJohn)
Password for MNCIS: FirstnameStudentID (example: John9999)
