Links to Local Colleges
Many local schools offer accommodations for students with disabilities. Each college differs regarding what types of accommodations and support are provided. Some schools have an additional fee for providing more comprehensive services. At all colleges, except for a very few specialized non-degree programs, there are no modifications to coursework provided for any student. In other words, all students are held to the same standards and must complete all required coursework including exams. Parents and students are strongly encouraged to contact the office for students with disabilities when applying to schools to determine whether students will qualify for accommodations.
