Founded in 2023 and promoted by Menlo Capital, Surfers Cove began construction in July 2025 on Portugal's first Surf Park, an innovative milestone in the promotion of water sports in the country. Surfers Cove will feature a Wavegarden pool capable of generating up to 1,000 waves per hour, offering a menu with more than 25 different types of waves. Part of a four-star tourism development, the Surf Park will include up to 56 accommodation units, a restaurant, padel and beach tennis courts, skate parks, a wellness area, green spaces and areas for corporate events, establishing itself as a benchmark for nautical and sports tourism in the region.

Founded in 2017, FeelViana Sport Hotel is a 4-star hotel located in Viana do Castelo, perfectly integrated between the pine forest and Cabedelo Beach. It combines sustainability and natural wood design with an active concept, offering excellent amenities for water sports, cycling, wellness and absolute relaxation. The strategic investment plan foresees the construction of more hotel units, replicating the model of nature tourism, wellness and environmental, social, and corporate commitment.

Inocambra - Construções Metálicas, S.A. is a company specialized in the metalworking and civil metalwork industry, based in Vale de Cambra. With over 20 years of experience, it manufactures complex, custom-made metal structures for the construction, industrial and aeronautical sectors. The investment operation led by Menlo Capital in 2025 includes a strong commitment to international expansion and an innovative shareholding model for employees.
