Garden Education

With support from the Mt. Diablo Unified School District's Work-Based Learning team, our students participate in multiple "Garden Education" days through the Growing Healthy Kids initiative. Our Academy students are trained in the classroom, and then go out in the field, at local elementary school gardens, to work with younger students. Our students teach the younger students gardening skills, leadership skills, and other useful life skills.
