Concert Band

This class is comprised of 9-12 grades. In class we continue to work on proper posture, playing technique, how to produce the best sound, and attentive listening. In lessons, we work on specific studies such as scales, expression, and improving intermediate skills. They will also have occasional playing assessments to make sure students are at the level they should be in their respected grade.

This class is also responsible for Pep Band performances. Due to our school being small, I must require these as part of the student's grades. The sports teams and community expect the band to be there so we will be there to show our support for them.
