It is the mission of Middle School at Parkside to earn promotion to the next grade level by demonstrating essential skills in reading and writing. This will be accomplished by extending language arts instruction in all grade levels. In addition, language arts will be integrated throughout all curricula. (Adopted June 2009)

Vision
The Middle School at Parkside will be among the most improved schools in the state by June 2016. Progress will be measured by academic achievement, respectful and responsible behavior as well as parental and community involvement. (Adopted June 2011)
