The Institute of Archaeology, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, holds the copyright on all holdings of the Moshe Stekelis Archive, including digital copies of the documents. Commercial use or publication of these holdings is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Institute of Archaeology of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Access to the archival records
All records held by Stekelis Archive are open to the public. Those wishing to access the collections should contact the Acting Head of the Department of Prehistoric Archaeology. Please contact by mail the offices of the Institute at archoffice@savion.huji.ac.il; please mention in the email subject line that you are contacting the Head of the department of Prehistory with regard Moshe Stekelis archive.
Reproduction and Publication
There are no restrictions on the use of copies for non-commercial research or private study. Copies, and copies of those copies, may be made and used for education purposes. This covers both teaching and preparation for teaching and/or examination by either teacher or student.
Please include in your caption: “Courtesy of the Moshe Stekelis Archive, The Institute of Archaeology, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem”.
Applications for permission to use copies for publication, including website and social media publication, exhibition or broadcast, or any other purpose must be placed using the 'Permission to Publish' form and be addressed to:
