Eligibility

While any CCSF student may take an honors course, to participate fully in the Honors Program and have your work recognized on your diploma, you need to meet ONE of the following criteria:

• • GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • SAT score of 1650 or higher, ACT score of 24 or higher

  • TOEFL score of 500 (PB+), 61 (IB+), 173 (CB+) or higher

  • Score of 4 or higher on AP classes in high school

To remain in the program, you must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or better.

To receive an Honors designation on a certificate, you must complete at least 15 units in Honors.

If you're ready to meet the Honors Program challenge, simply complete an Honors Program application (Sign Up Form) and return it to the Honors Program office.
