This means the latest version of Microsoft’s Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Publisher, and Access. For more information, please go to http://www.ccsf.edu/en/employee-services/technology-services2/software/msOffice4Students.html.

NOTE: There are some differences between the Windows and Mac versions of Office which may prevent Mac users from using some skills presented in our textbook for the Windows version. Office 2016 for Windows and Office 2016 for Mac are much more compatible than past versions. For a list of the differences between the Windows and Mac versions, visit http://blog.parallels.com/2016/01/21/differences-microsoft-office-mac/.
