I am so excited to be your child’s 4th grade teacher. We are going to have a fantastic year together. I cannot wait to meet and get to know all of the fantastic 4th graders. I am passionate about creating a classroom environment that welcomes all students and their families. My hope is our classroom climate will make your student feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to try their very best each and every day. We will SOAR as we grow and learn together. Now a little about me…..I am originally from Illinois, but I have lived in AZ for over 10 years now. I love Arizona and all the outdoor activities it has to offer. I love hiking, running, camping, and traveling all around this beautiful state. This is my third year at Rose Lane, and my first year team teaching with Mrs. Chavez. I am also a parent of a Rose Lane student entering 4th grade, and a 10 month old little girl. I love Rose Lane, and there is no other school I would rather be a teacher, parent, and volunteer at.
