Resources and Ideas
One of the best resources for finding flipcharts and lessons is Promethean Planet.
Here are some other sources that I have found. I will continue to add to this list as I find new resources, and please feel free to email me with any that you feel would be helpful.

Troubleshooting: What to do when your board isn't working!
There are many different places to find helpful information about what to do when things aren't working. It may be that your pen isn't doing anything, or your board isn't showing anything. You can always look at at Promethean Planet, but I've included so other school districts' help pages as well.
Trouble Shooting for Prometheans: this site is for a different school district, but they have great basic trouble-shooting tips for Promethean boards. If you are having problems, check here first. There are also some webinars on using ActivInspire available in the menu on the left side of the page.

If you can't find an answer in any of the resources above, see someone from the tech cadre(Amy, Ben, Kristine) in our school, or you can put in a work order so the tech dept. knows there's a problem.
