WEX Health Inc (Flexible Spending Accounts) will provide LVUSD employees with pre-tax medical, dependent care, and premium reimbursement accounts. You can elect up to a maximum of $3,200 for Medical Care & $5,000 for Dependent Care annually. If you elect to participate in this plan you must complete the election form when you indicate your participation in the plan on your 2025 Benefit Worksheet.
PLEASE NOTE: Employees need to be aware of and comply with WEX's claims reimbursement submittal deadline dates. NO FUNDS will be reimbursed to the employee from WEX or LVUSD if the employee requests reimbursement after WEX's submittal deadline.
