Dual Enrollment Opportunities and Registration Information

2023 - 2024

Students/Parents are responsible for determining if the college or university they are interested in attending accepts the dual enrollment credits.  The best way to do this is to contact the admissions office of that school.   

To receive college credit for ANY dual enrollment class you must obtain a final grade of C or better

 Westmoreland County Community College:

Cost: COVERED BY DISTRICT GRANT FUNDING ($63/credit).  The entire cost of WCCC College in the HS (CHS) Courses will be covered through grant funding this school year for ANY student who completes the registration process.

Registration forms (located in CHS classrooms and guidance office) for spring classes are due to the guidance office by FEBRUARY 2, 2024.  First time registrations must also complete an online application and create an online account.  Registrations or applications completed after college deadline will be subject to a late fee (not covered by district)


University of Pittsburgh:

Cost:  $75/credit (Financial assistance may be available if you meet eligibility requirements)

Mount Aloysius College:

Pennsylvania Highlands Community College:

Cost:  $68/credit (Financial assistance may be available if you meet eligibility requirements)
