TESTING PROGRAM AT MELLON SCHOOL Pre-K/Kindergarten--DIAL-4 Revised --Assesses Motor/Concepts/Language Pennsylvania State Assessment (PSSA) for READING, MATH, WRITING and SCIENCE A standardized test administered to all public school students in grades, 3,5,8, and 11, which assesses student progress in reading independently and critically in all content areas, number systems and relationships, computation and problem-solving,measurement and estimation, reasoning and probability, types of writing, quality of writing, speaking and listening. Students are assessed via utilization of a PDE approved rubric system, according to the current Common Core PA Standards for Education in Reading, Math,and Writing.

Fountas/Pinnell Reading level assessment

Administration of Diagnostic Tests: Given by School Counselor, individually or as part of the Child Study team process.
