5th Grade Drama
This quarter has already been quite busy as fifth grade drama students have been exposed to auditioning techniques and pieces. Students have polished a sixty second monologue highlighting their physical and vocal drama skills. This auditioning unit was taught in preparation for L. J. Alleman Middle School Arts Academy try-outs which happened during the month of January.
Students also used the monologues to audition for our spring production. Please encourage students to practice lines at home every day for our performance in May. We will keep you posted on important dates and times. For now, practice regularly on line memorization with your child as the deadline is Monday, March 30.
