* Mac Barousse stepped down as head coach after the 2004 season. After Lance Guidry left in the spring of 2008, Barousse again became head coach in the 2008 season but resigned after the 2nd game of the 2009 season. Kirk Crochet served as interim head coach for the 3rd game but resigned immediately afterwards. Jud Broussard served as interim head coach for the remainder of the 2009 season.
