For the 2024-2025 AP Chemistry year we will be using an eTextbook, which is online. Students/Families will be required to pay the access fee.  You will purchase access to the text through the Webassign system. See the Webassign tab in the dropdown menu for access and details.

It is optional, but recommended, to purchase or rent a physical textbook. However, I can provide students with an older edition textbook at no charge upon request.

Reading and understanding the book is essential for you to learn the content. Classroom instruction is designed to supplement your learning from reading and understanding the book. If you read the textbook it will greatly improve your ability and performance in the course. The "Pacing Calendar" link will show you what chapters are being studied. It is expected you read the textbook as part of your study for the course.
