The following supplies are the same items listed in the welcome letter:

• 1 plastic pencil box approximately 2” x 5” x 8” as your child’s “work kit” (see photo above)

• 1 spiral single subject notebook

• 1 set of headphones

• 1   change of clothes

• 4   recent 4”x6” photographs of your child (they can be the same photo)
