Monday, September 28th: Senior Class Officers meet with the Jostens rep in the library at 11:45. This is a very important meeting! Senior class will meet at 12:22 following this meeting. All seniors meet with the Jostens rep. This is a very important meeting. You will learn about ordering optional senior memorabilia (graduation announcements, memory books, tassels, clothing, etc.), as well as the required cap & gown unit. If you miss it, get a packet from Ms. Ipock ASAP!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT JOSTENS ORDERS: The only item you are required to order is the basic cap & gown packet #4. It costs $40.50. Everything else is totally optional. Be conservative with your order. Do not order more than you can pay for! Until your Jostens bill is paid in full, you will not receive your announcements and/or cap/gown unit. Remember -- if you do not have a cap/gown unit, you will not be able to walk at graduation! If you borrow one, it needs to be navy blue, not royal blue.
Tuesday, October 6: Senior tux & drape photos. It is very important to be in attendance this day! Photos are mandatory unless a parent confirms with Mr. Daniels that you are opting out. If you do not have this photo taken, you will not appear in the Class of 2016 composite photo that will hang forever in the lobby! The yearbook will print your tux & drape photo and your own senior photo if you turn one in.Wednesday, October 7th: Jostens will be in the hallway by the gym during lunch to take your orders. It is very important to be in attendance & give your order personally to the Jostens rep. They will help you decide on clothing sizes, figure taxes, and answer your questions. If you are absent, mail your order to the address on the order form no later than October 16. Call Jostens if you have questions about the order form. If you miss the October 16 mailing deadline, you must request a late-order form from Jostens. The late-order form has higher prices, fewer items, and requires full payment at the time of the order. - Girls, wear a cami under your regular shirt. It must pull off your shoulders.
- Vo-tech students, come to the library right after you eat lunch.
- Be ready for your photo when you are called to the library. Once called, you will not have time to put on your make-up and style your hair!
- The Tux & Drape Photo will be only from the shoulders up and will be printed in the yearbook.
- IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE THESE PHOTOS TAKEN, YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST NOTIFY MR. DANIELS BEFORE October 6!
- Beginning with girls last names A-E, groups of students will be called to the library. After both your photos are taken, you will return to your classroom.
Thursday, October 15th- First $50 deposit due for those attending senior trip. Seniors who pay the deposit by this date may vote on the destination!! Pay Mrs. Faulkner and give her your vote. Remaining $50 deposits must be paid by the following dates...Tuesday, November 17th, and Tuesday, January 15th.
Friday, October 16: Deadline to mail your Jostens order if you did not submit it on the Oct. 7 order day. If you miss this deadline, you must call Jostens to request a late-order form. The late-order form has higher prices, fewer items, and requires full payment at the time of the order.
