Dear Parent/Guardian,
Graduation is approaching. Please be fully aware that, according to School Board policy, students with outstanding debts will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
If your senior has debts at this time, the information is attached to this letter. Any debts that accrue from this date forward should be paid promptly. This includes materials to be returned at the end of the school year, such as textbooks, library books, and athletic equipment.
It is my desire that every senior qualify to participate in the graduation ceremony. To that end, please feel free to call my office to discuss payment arrangements, or to inquire if your senior has accrued new debts during 2nd semester.
