Scholarship Forms available!

2015 LHS Music Association scholarship forms are now available! I have printed out copies of the forms here for students to take home, but I also attached here. The details for qualifying are on each form. Note the April 30th deadline.

Scholarships and musicianship awards will be awarded at the Performing Arts awards night ~ May 21st at 7pm in the LHS Cafe.
