School starts at 9am and finishes at 3pm.  Morning tea is from 10.45am to 11.05am.  Lunch is from 12.45pm to 1.40pm.

Yummy Tummy
Yummy Tummy is a cooked lunch run by the Home & School committee every second Wednesday (check the calendar for dates).  Children bring home an order form on Tuesday night and hand it in to school with their payment on Wednesday morning.  They collect their lunch from the cook house - juniors will have their lunches handed out by their class teacher.  The money raised is used by the Home and School to buy resources for the school.

We have an awesome school kapahaka group.  They practice once a week during class time, in preparation for the annual Puanga Festival.

We are very lucky to have Lepperton Playcentre on the school grounds.  Playcentre is an early childhood centre run by parents. They have sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9am to 12pm. Contact Sarah for more information ph 7520708.

Library Bus
We are very lucky to have the Pukeariki Library Bus visit us every second Wednesday (check the calendar for dates).  To issue books children must have a Pukeariki Library card.

Parent & Teacher Calendar App
Download the Parent Teacher Calendar App, select Lepperton School and you can send a text, email or call the school to tell us if your child is going to be absent.  The school calendar and newsletter are also available on the app.

Sun Hat's
During term's 1 and 4 students are required to bring a sun hat to school.  We have a 'no hat, no play' policy and children who do not have a hat will have to stay under the shade of the trees during morning tea and lunch.
At Lepperton we have our own swimming pool which we use for swimming lessons everyday in Term 1.  The pool is available for use by the community in the summer months - a key can be obtained from the school office for a one off fee for the season.

Children are supervised in the playground after school until the bus bell goes at 3.30pm.  After then the safety of the children is not the school's responsibility.

Sports & Activities
We offer a wide range of sports and activities including (among other things) netball, soccer, basketball, chess and touch rugby.
