Welcome to Leo Baeck's Model United Nations delegation. As a member of the TIMEMUN team, you will be participating in the annual Middle East United Nations conference, which occurs over three days every February at the Walworth Barbour American International School in Even Yehuda. Last year, the conference hosted more than 550 students from Israeli and Arab schools, as well as participants from international schools.
As a delegate, you will work with a team of students to represent a specific country and try to pass resolutions on various important world issues, such as the environment, security, development, and peace. You will also experience learning about global politics, researching and debating issues, drafting policy papers, and interacting with students from different cultures and countries.
Get ready to strengthen your debating skills and consider points of view that may be outside your normal comfort zone. The TIMEMUN team is a great opportunity to think globally, learn, communicate, be creative, work collaboratively, and have lots of fun.
