Welcome to Room 2307 - Leander High School
I'm Mrs. Frame! (Formerly Ms. Cason)
A little about myself.... This will be my 11th year teaching at THE Leander High School, my classes will include Drawing II III IV and IB Art HL/SL I and II. I also serve as the Fine Arts Department Head on our campus.
I grew up right down the road in Pflugerville, Texas and in 2012 I graduated from McMurry University, in Abilene, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Art Education and also played soccer for the university for all four years. One of my favorite things to do is spend time with family. I also enjoy creating art (of course!), being outdoors (kayaking, hiking, hunting, and fishing), going to Texas Stars hockey games, and traveling when the opportunity arises.
Access the link above for more information on the art team and classes we offer!

SPRING BREAK 2023 - Four students, Lola Bird, Jasmine Rivera, Allison Hall, and Jade Miklos, participated in a mural painting class at the Bullock Museum. They worked with native Texas artist, Fidencio Duran, and a few other students from different schools to conceptualize, sketch, and paint a mural inspired by Art of Texas State Parks. The class was part of a special exhibition series that celebrates the Texas State Park System's 100-year history. In celebration of its centennial, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has commissioned Texan artists to paint scenes from their parks. The mural is on display at the museum.
