The VHS PLTW Guest Speaker Series invites medical professionals from the Austin community to speak to students during PIT. The focus of their talk will be their personal development of interest in the field, education pathway, 'typical day', technology used and, perhaps, a case presentation. Suggestions welcome for future guests!
Guest Speaker Series is currently being developed! Students should check the "white boards" posted at the 1500's science hallway and also in the entrance hallway of Building 3. ANY VHS student is welcome to attend. These are scheduled during PIT, usually in the PAC or lecture hall, check the white boards. Some may be virtual. The PLTW Biomedical teachers are currently scheduling these speakers. HOSA students also invite presenters. These may be included in the series.
