Setting Up Your Docking Station
The typical teacher setup is a USB-C Dock & cable, External monitor, Keyboard and wireless mouse. The dock connects using a VGA Cable to the classroom projector. An external document camera may be present as well.

A/V Connections in the Classroom
To display through the projector, press the “ON” button on the A/V panel to turn on the system, then press the “PC” button to connect to your Docking station VGA port. If you have a document camera, you can press “HDMI” to display that source.
The cable from your docking station should be connected to the right-side (VGA) port. If you have a document camera, it will typically connect to the left-side (HDMI) port.
The light for the port will turn green when a connection is active.
