About Ms. Portillo

Hi! 

My name is Jasmine Portillo and this is my 8th year at LBMS but 10th year overall. I graduated from LCHS in 2011 and I am so happy to be home and working for the district that I love. This year I will be teaching a 7th graders Principles of Info Tech, as well as Pirate TV and Yearbook. 

Education: 

After graduating from LCHS I went on to attend LCU and graduated with my Bachelors in Mass Communication with an emphasis in Mass Media.  Apple Teacher, Apple certified, Google Suite Certified.

A little about myself:

I am 32 years old and I am a Lucky Libra who LOVES Halloween. I have a daughter who will be 11 this school year and she's a 6th grader here at LBMS. My favorite color is pink. I enjoy working out, reading, cooking and shopping. 

I am so excited for the adventures this school year holds!
