nanoARPES

NanoARPES (nARPES) is an exciting development, combining the high spatial resolution of a microscope (50 nm resolution goal) with the energy- and momentum-resolution of the ARPES technique.

NEWS:  Sub-150 nm spatial resolution achieved!
