Outline Biography

Safar Asaad is an Assistant Lecturer holding MScEng. in Advanced Software Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering, at the University of Sheffield from the UK in 2012. He gained a B.Sc. degree in Software Engineering from the University of Koya in 2008.

He started his academic teaching in 2009 when he joined the work at the Koya University as a Demonstrator in the department of Software Engineering. In 2011 he got a scholarship site ( Human Capacity Development Program) from Ministry of Higher education and Scientific Research - Kurdistan Region Government - Iraq to the UK. He finished his program in Software Engineering field in 2012.

Since 2013, he is joined his academic teaching at the Koya University as an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Software Engineering.

Mr. Asaad participated in CCNA Academy courses, he got instructor certificate from Cisco. He can teach several courses like C++ , Java ,Object oriented programming, Data Structure, Logic, Data Security, Computer Application and AutoCad, Discrete math and Web design.

Safar's research interests are:

• 1. Smartphone Applications - (iOS & Androd),

  2. Cloud Computing,

  3. Data Protection Applications.
