My Phiosophy in Teaching

My study skills in teaching is not only teaching what I want my students learn, but also how to learn. How I encouraging my students to learn, from teaching to learning, I care how the students like my lecture and how they prepare themselves to attend the class, not only depending on what I am explain in the class , but go to references ( books, papers). also I encourage students to study in groups , to exchange their idea and information, also I encouraging my students to engaged scientific researches which are very important for develop themselves.
