Fahmi is Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, University of Koya, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Physics from the University of Sulaimani and University of Mosul in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He completed his PhD at the Department of Physics, University of Malaya in 2012. During his PhD study, he has published five research papers in the high impact Journals and he has achieved a Gold Medal Price in one of the international conferences. He is also working as a Research Collaborator with the LDMRC center.
His current research interests include studying and investigation on the organic electronic devices and their active materials properties.
