The forms above that are red need to be completed on FinalForms before camp! If you didn't get a free physical (July 1st 9:00am-12:00pm), you need to get yours scheduled and completed as soon as possible. All of the forms above must be completed on FinalForms by July 31st in order to participate in cross country the first day of practice.
General Announcements
Camp is almost here! If you lost the information about what you need to take to camp, see the coaches.  The 2024 schedule has been added to this page. Get a friend to join the team. Monday, July 29th at 6:00 is the Parent/Athlete meeting in the cafeteria with the AD. Practice calendars for August, September, and October will be out in July.  Thursday, Aug. 1st is the first day of mandatory practice.  It will still be at 7:45 am. Pictures are after practice on Monday, Aug. 5th.
The all-time lists have been updated. (Last Update: 12/9/23). These can be found by clicking on the "Old Meet Results and All-Time Lists" link to the right.

Fan Cloth Teamwear Fundraising WebsiteThis site is currently closed!  The sale ended on Wednesday, Aug. 9th. The items took about 3 weeks after the end date to get shipped the last time that we did this.
WINTER OFF-SEASON WORKOUTSThese begin 1 week after the state xc meet and go through the week before track begins. We would love to see how good you could be if you followed these workouts.  Get a partner who also wants to be great and hold each other accountable for doing the workouts!
