ปณิธาน

มุ่งมั่นที่จะให้คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี  เป็นศูนย์รวมองค์ความรู้ด้านบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี 

เพื่อพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคม ตลอดจนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา  เพื่อที่จะเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการที่มีคุณภาพในระดับสากล

เป้าหมาย

คณะบริหารธุรกิจและการบัญชี  มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น  อันดับ 1 ใน 3 ของประเทศ  และ 1 ใน 20 ของอาเซียน

พันธกิจ (Mission)

1. สร้างและพัฒนานักบริหารธุรกิจ ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพบัญชี และผู้ประกอบการให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการแข่งขันทั้งในยุคปัจจุบันและอนาคต

Educating highly qualified graduates (The degree programs at KKBS aim to educating and developing highly qualified leaders in both theoretical frameworks and real-world learning experiences. It is to prepare students who have ethical and social responsibility, well-prepared knowledge, concepts, and tools which advance the understanding and practice of business management.)

2. สร้างสรรค์ผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณะ

Advancing impactful research contributions ( The School is equally committed to advancing and engaging scholarly and intellectual contributions,  including contributions to student learning and scholarly research, contributions to practice (often referred to applied research), and discipline-based scholarship (often referred to as basic research).) 

3. บริการวิชาการแก่สังคมอย่างมีคุณภาพ

Devoting to meaningful academic services (The School dedicates to provide meaningful service and co-curricular activities that meet business community needs and reflect on the service activities to gain further understanding of course content, a broader appreciation of the discipline and an enhanced sense of ethical and social responsibility.)

4. การให้บริการโรงแรมและร้านอาหารภายใต้คุณภาพมาตรฐาน 

ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์

ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 Education Transformation

กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 สร้างผู้เรียนที่มีคุณภาพระดับสูงและทักษะจำเป็นในอนาคตอย่างเป็นระบบ 

กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 พัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาเข้าสู่ระดับนานาชาติ 

กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 จัดการศึกษาแบบ Lifelong Learning เพื่อตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของสังคมและประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย 

ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 Research Transformation

กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 เพิ่มจำนวนผลงานวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพ/ นวัตกรรม ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อสังคม หรือต่อยอดเชิงพาณิชย์ 

กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 เพิ่มจำนวนผลงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ 

ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3  Academic Service Transformation

กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการวิชาการเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร หน่วยงานภาคธุรกิจ เพื่อเสริมสร้างเศรษฐกิจ และความเข้มแข็งให้กับสังคม  

ประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 Modern Administration 

กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการบริหารจัดการด้วย Digital Platform

กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 พัฒนาระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลที่เอื้อให้เกิดผลงานที่โดดเด่นและสร้างความผูกพัน

กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 พัฒนาสภาพแวดล้อมและสุขภาวะที่ดีในการทำงาน รวมทั้งสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อความเป็นนานาชาติ

กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 พัฒนาการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมบายาสิตา เพื่อสร้างรายได้ให้กับองค์กร
