Students enjoy listening to a chapter each day to find out what happens to Jack and Annie as they travel to the Great Plains of North America. Morgan Le Fay the magical librarian has sent them there to find a special item to break the curse that has been put on Teddy the dog.

This book fits in surprisingly well with our science unit on animal adaptations. Students are captivated by the survival story of the robot Roz who finds herself stranded on an island. 

"Who Was Rosa Parks" is a nonfiction chapter book and biography about the life of Rosa Parks. It is part of the "Who Was ... " series. Ask you child to tell you something that they learn from listening to this read-aloud.
