Make Some Noise - Zumba!
A Life Fitness program is incorporated into the Sophomore PE classes. The girls will be introduced to Zumba, Kickboxing, Step Aerobics,Weight & CircuitTraining, Physical Fitness Testing, Self Defense and Yoga.
Some team oriented sports such as Volleyball, Basketball and Badminton and will also be played.
