Welcome to the Karing website

KARING is a registered charity operating in the Preston district of Paignton, Devon. We are a voluntary group providing transport, social activities, support and information to people who are older, frail or sick who live in Paignton and surrounding areas or are visiting locally.

We are connected with Pembroke House Surgery but all of our services are open to anyone who makes contact with us.

Wanted - Volunteer Treasurer

The position of Treasurer is a voluntary post with hours to suit the individual. The post is unpaid. Previous experience working in the financial sector is essential. The applicant would need a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Your opportunity to help out a valuable local charity and community group.

The Karing Chronicle - Winter 2019 / 2020

The Karing Chronicle is our quarterly newsletter. 700 copies are printed; you can pick up a copy in the Office or the Doctor's Surgery. It can also be viewed on this website - click: Karing Chronicle.
