CONCERT START TIMES
4:55 PM, 6TH GRADE CONCERT: 1st Performance for 6A parents
5:15 PM, 6TH GRADE CONCERT: 2nd Performance for 6B parents
*All 6th graders will play both concerts.
5:30 PM, 7TH GRADE CONCERT: 1st Performance for 7A parents
5:45 PM, 7TH GRADE CONCERT: 2nd Performance for 7B parents
*All 7th graders will play both concerts.
6:00 PM, 8TH GRADE CONCERT
STUDENTS SHOULD ARRIVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR CONCERT STARTS
4:35 PM, 6th grade arrival. Set up in the band room.
5:10 PM, 7th grade arrival. Set up in the cafeteria
5:40 PM, 8th grade arrival. Set up in the band room.
Student Concert Attire: Dress nicely as you are able. Wear school appropriate clothing.
AUDIENCE
We have limited seating. We ask parents/guardians/relatives and other important people to sit in for only your child’s concert. After that concert is over, please exit so that there is room for the next audience. We will have the cafeteria tables set up for you to sit and wait for the concert you need to attend. Thank you for your understanding.
