STUDENTS SHOULD ARRIVE 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR CONCERT STARTS
3:40 PM, 6th Grade Arrival
4:20 PM, 7th Grade Arrival
5:00 PM, 8th Grade Arrival
*Students needing to stay after school before the concert starts may wait in the band
room area under supervision of the band teachers.
CONCERT START TIMES
4:00 PM, 6th Grade Concert #1: performance for 6A parents
4:20 PM, 6th Grade Concert #2: performance for 6B parents
*All 6th graders will play both concerts
4:40 PM, 7th Grade Concert #1: performance for 7A parents
5:00 PM, 7th Grade Concert #2: performance for 7B parents
*All 7th graders will play both concerts.
5:20 PM, 8TH GRADE CONCERT, one performance
STUDENT ATTIRE: Dress nicely as you are able. Wear school appropriate clothing.
AUDIENCE: We have limited seating. We ask parents/guardians/relatives and other
important people to sit in for only your child’s concert. After that concert is over,
please exit so that there is room for the next audience. The cafeteria tables set up for
you to sit and wait for the concert you need to attend. Thank you for your
understanding.
