Open the laptop all the way (tablet mode) and then back to the laptop position and try again
If neither of the first two steps work then bring the device to the library for help from the Ranger Tech Crew
In most cases the device would have to be re-imaged which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to about 2 hours on rare cases
If none of the previous steps work then it is most likely a hardware problem which would have to be fixed by our IT and a ticket would have to be made by the library and sent to the IT.
