Keyboard not working
Steps For Self-Troubleshooting Keyboard Issues
- Try restarting your computer
- Open the laptop all the way (tablet mode) and then back to the laptop position and try again
- If neither of the first two steps work then bring the device to the library for help from the Ranger Tech Crew
- In most cases the device would have to be re-imaged which can take anywhere from 30 minutes to about 2 hours on rare cases
- If none of the previous steps work then it is most likely a hardware problem which would have to be fixed by our IT and a ticket would have to be made by the library and sent to the IT.
