The requires some additional cuts as necessary. The cutout on the top crossbar provides clearance for part of the box front, and is 8.25" across the top, 4.25" across the bottom, 2" high and centered on the top crossbar. Assemble the components as shown below, match the colors to the colors shown on the materials list. All joints should be both glued and screwed using 1.25" length deck screws. The corner joints should each have four screws, two from each side in a diagonal pattern. Try to avoid putting screws now into the area you will need to eventually mount the hinges. The exact position for that will be determined by the hinges you purchase.
Required materials:
1x3 nominal stock (if you have a table saw, rip these to consistent width of 2.5" - may be cheaper to rip wider stock) in the following lengths
(2) @ 14" (red)
(1) @ 32.75" (green)
1x6 nominal stock
(2) @ 6" (dark green, if you have some scraps or offcuts, these do not need to be more than 4" wide)
(1) @ 32.75" (purple)
Plywood
(2) 1/4" x 1.5" x 14" (blue)
