This Leadership Team meets twice a month to discuss member concerns and questions, build membership, prepare for bargaining, and respond to requests/questions from administration. Elizabeth and Valerie meet bimonthly with Tapp Barnhill and Debby Stewart to discuss faculty concerns, future planning, and other CCV issues as they arise. Kathleen and Emily are working with a membership team to reach out to nonmembers. We still need a Grievance Chair for the Spring Semester!
