Verify that West Jessamine High School is your assigned school HERE. If yes, complete the next step, the OLR.

For NEW families: Complete an online registration form HERE. For EXISTING FAMILIES, complete the registration directly from your Parent Portal. *Please make a note of your application number.
Once you have completed the OLR, send an email to Mrs. Tillett at emily.tillett@jessamine.kyschools.us with your OLR application number and the following documents:
Proof of Residence - MUST BE IN GUARDIAN'S NAME and PHYSCIALLY LOCATED IN WEST JESSAMINE SCHOOL DISTRICT
Your current lease/deed/mortgage statement AND
A current utility bill tied to the property (must be within 60 days). We can accept the following: water bill, gas bill, electric bill, landline telephone bill (NOT cell phone bill), home insurance bill, garbage bill, cable/satellite tv bill, internet bill.
Student's Birth Certificate
Student's Social Security Card
Updated Immunization Record
Physical
Any current legal orders
