Math Riddle Challenge

2 Math teachers are walking down the street. As they talk, the first teacher says he has 3 kids. The second teacher asks how old they are. The first teacher says, the product of their ages is 72.

The second teacher says that's not enough information. So the first teacher says "oh... well, the sum of their ages is that address across the street."

The second teacher thinks about it and says "That's still not enough information." So the first teacher says, "The oldest one is eating ice cream with grandma."
