SUMMER WORKOUTS 2024
*NOTE: Can also register during the 1st week of workouts
Summer workouts consist of 3 mornings of basketball skill work and 4 days of weightlifting and/or speed and agility training. (Always subject to change based off of events going on at the school)
Workouts begin June 3 (For week 1, there will only be 3 days of summer workouts)
NO Workouts week of July 1-5 (4th of July week)
Workouts will end July 25
FULL PARTICIPANT Cost is $300 Full Participant for the summer is if you are a BASKETBALL KID that plans to do the bball skill workouts as well as the weightlifting and speed workouts with the Basketball Program (this $300 fee includes all basketball skill workouts, lifting, speed and agility, plyos and a t-shirt).
PARTIAL PARTICIPANT Cost is $100 Partial Participant for the summer is if you are ONLY coming to the Basketball Skill Workouts at 7:00 am. (This option is usually for kids who do their weightlifting and speed through another sport like football, but want to participate in the Basketball Skills Workouts from 7-8 am. Please reach out if you have questions about the summer fee)
Note: Basketball skill workouts go from 7:00-8:00 am and football does not start until 8:00 am, so kids are able to and encouraged to do both if they have interest in both sports

Monday - Wednesday Schedule
7:00-8:00 am basketball skill workouts in the gym (Everyone)
8:00-9:00 am weightlifting for basketball only kids (note: football/basketball kids in grades 10-12 kids will go to football on field workouts after the basketball workouts, then go to lifting after that with football. 9th Grade football/basketball kids will go to lifting with the 9th grade football team after the basketball skill workouts)
Thursday Schedule
8:00-9:00 am weightlifting workouts for basketball only kids.
