Tacoma, and Pierce County. We're hiring MULTIPLE full-time maintenance 

technicians. Steady work, year-round. No layoffs.

The work:

• Unit turns (get vacant apartments rent-ready)

• Drywall repair and painting

• Doors, locks, and hardware

• Light plumbing — toilets, faucets, supply lines

• Light electrical — switches, outlets, fixtures

• Exterior maintenance and cleanup

What you need:

• Own truck

• Own tools

• Hands-on maintenance experience

• English-speaking

• Reliable and self-directed
