Advisory Teacher/Supervisor Role

• Marking a SasA Student as Complete - Please do not do this as it locks them out from ManageBac

• Collaborate with the MYP Coordinator, Service as Action Coordinator and advisory teachers during the Advisory Period.

• Check-in during the Advisory period with each student to see how they are progressing

• Have students fill out the Fundraising or Working in the Elementary School forms as needed.

• Provide students with ideas and opportunities through which they might choose to take or organize action themselves through service to others

• Monitor each child’s progress via ManageBac (verify projects, comment on reflections, review the final stage of the project, justify the meeting of the learning outcomes) Remind them that there are many ways there are to reflect.
