About Me

I am fairly new to the Northern Minnesota area. I grew up in Sioux Falls, SD with my parents and 2 younger siblings. My younger sister is married and a wonderful mother to my two nephews. My younger brother is a young adult transitioning to the work force and has been such a blessing to our family. He had a confirmed diagnosis of autism shortly after his adoption with our family and having a brother with special needs has been one of the most wonderful learning experiences I could have hoped for.

I live in a small lake house north of Fosston on Turtle Lake. When I am not working with your wonderful children on improving their speech and language, I enjoy spending time in my hammock, kayaking, baking, cooking and grilling, going to concerts, traveling (including car camping), and spending time with my friends and family. I am not yet married, nor do I have kids, but I enjoy plenty of time with my rescue pup, and travel companion, Sunni.
