Asia

In our unit on Asia we will study the cultural differences of what is commonly called the Middle East (Southwest Asia), the Indian Subcontinent, China, Japan, Taiwan, and the Koreas. We will also study the roles these countries play in the global economic system. The students will also analyze the United States roles in this region with our involvement in the Vietnam War and the Korean War.
