Astronomy

In our astronomy unit, we will be exploring space and the history of space exploration. We will uncover how the Earth and the moon move in predictable ways and what effects they have on each other as they orbit the sun. We will learn about the solar system including its formation and the planets and a variety of other bodies that orbit the sun. Lastly, we will focus on stars, the star life cycle, galaxies and the universe.
