Coach Charlie Burnham Entering his 17th season at the head of this ship, Coach Burnham has been running since the fall of 1995 when he started high school in Davenport, Iowa - the largest of the five Quad Cities. After competing at Luther College, his coaching and teaching career has slowly taken him farther and farther into MN until he got married and will now likely never leave. During the school year, he can be found teaching English at the high school to anyone that will listen to him. Coach Burnham lives in Eagan with his beautiful wife, three awesome boys, and a dog he could do without.

Assistant Coach - Jen Waller
Coach Waller, long time 191 supporter, still struggles to identify as a running coach. Unfortunately for her, she is everyone's favorite and will have to continue to pretend to know what she's doing. Waller is a great calming presence who can magically say the same thing Burnham and Winterlin say but with 95% more buy in from the team. This type of witchcraft is exactly what the team needs when it comes to building confidence and taking risks.

Hype Man - Jef Winterlin
Coach Winterlin is in his 9th season with the team, and this year he is our designated hype man. Winterlin has been kept on retainer to build us up and bring enthusiasm & vigor to the sometimes rigid routines of distance running. As a Taco Bell enthusiast, emo music connoisseur, and woodshop dreamer, he is truly one of a kind -which is why Coach Winterlin is the key player in taking this team to the top.
Originally from the land God forgot, Nebraska, Winterlin decided to slow it down a bit and move to Burnsville, where he is also an EL teacher and husband to one very fortunate tennis coach/English teacher.

The Young Fun Coach - Helen Dolan
Coach Dolan is a blessing. Some days she runs with us, some days she just wants to play in the art room. She's quite good at both and we always look forward to the days she is willing to come to practice and help us out.
