How the 191 Community Pantry Works

Our family, grocery bag style food distribution is available to all community members on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month through the year at the Diamondhead Education Center - Lower Level Atrium.   Each grocery bag has 10-15 nonperishable items designed for a family of 4 including fresh fruits and vegetables when available.

The 191 Community Pantry is currently a drive by and pick up distribution starting at 2:00 pm the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays. All you need to do is drive by, provide the number of total individuals in your household and pick up your bag of groceries.

Volunteer To Help

Volunteers are needed to help prepack the grocery bags for distribution.  Packing starts at 1:00 PM in the Lower Level Atrium at Diamondhead.  Personal Protection Equipment is provided if needed.
